I became passionate about baby sleep consulting after watching my own little one struggle to find a sleep rhythm. That heart-tugging experience led me to dive deep into pediatric sleep science, and now, I’m dedicated to helping families just like yours. Before starting my own family, I was on track to become a physician, but my personal journey with my children inspired me to pursue a new path—one where I could combine my passion for science with my love for supporting parents through these early years.
