My Approach

You won’t find any outdated, one-size-fits-all, or generic sleep training programs here. With my knowledge in infant development, sleep biology, feeding, and attachment, I decided to use a different kind of approach than most still rely on.

Instead, I teach you how to guide your baby through their sleep journey by making thoughtful, parent-led adjustments. I’ll help you understand baby’s emotional development and expression, so you can feel secure in supporting your baby through tough moments without leaving them alone with their emotions.

By the end of my coaching, you’ll be equipped with valuable insights and a deeper understanding of your baby as a whole— from their unique temperament and sensory needs to their sleep patterns and nutritional requirements. I’ll also show you practical steps like when it’s time to get out of the swaddle, drop a nap, or support big changes like moving to their own bed or room. But more importantly, once you truly understand your child’s needs, the sleep challenges will feel much more manageable, and you’ll be confident, connected, and ready to embrace the journey with ease.

Common Questions

Every child is unique in their sleep needs, development, and personality, but with a consistent approach, most families notice significant night-time improvements within the first 3 nights of implementing the plan, and continued progress over the first two weeks!

This is by far the most common question I get—and trust me, I completely understand! I had the same worries and delayed getting help for 11 months with my first baby because of it. While I can’t guarantee a completely tear-free process, some crying is a natural part of learning new boundaries, after all -we are changing what they have been used to this whole time. However, my holistic approach is designed to minimize tears by first creating an ideal environment and foundation for sleep. Once this “perfect bubble” is in place, we gently introduce nighttime strategies that focus on your baby feeling supported and secure throughout the process as we will be right there to respond and step in when needed. I do not use the Cry-It-Out method, and we won’t be leaving your child alone with all their big feelings.

Absolutely! Breastfeeding and getting your baby to sleep through the night can go hand in hand. Some moms prefer to keep one overnight feed, which is perfectly okay!  During our 1:1 consultation, I’ll create a personalized sleep plan tailored to your goals, showing you exactly how to transition to zero or one overnight feed while ensuring your breastfeeding journey remains on track

With my guidance, you can expect to address a wide range of sleep challenges, including weaning off night feeds, teaching independent sleep, managing early morning wake-ups, navigating nap transitions, extending short naps, tackling middle of the night wake-ups, transitioning to a crib, and moving from co-sleeping to crib sleep, among other common sleep issues.

Absolutely! My approach doesn’t require you to leave the room. You can continue room-sharing with your baby for as long as you feel comfortable. When you’re ready to make the transition to their own space, I’ll be there to guide and support you through that process as well!

I do not use the Cry It Out method, where you lay your baby down awake, close the door, and leave them unattended until morning. Nor do I use the Ferber method, which involves gradual check-ins at increasing intervals.

Instead, I teach you how to guide your baby through their sleep journey by making thoughtful, parent-led adjustments. I’ll help you understand baby’s emotional development and expression, so you can feel secure in supporting your baby through tough moments without leaving them alone with their emotions. My approach is focused on supporting your baby while they learn to sleep independently in a gentle and responsive way.
