I started Tiny Dreamers Baby Sleep Solutions out of frustration with the conventional advice surrounding baby sleep.

When my first baby arrived, I became completely focused on his sleep. I nursed him to bed every night and at every single wake-up, spending hours feeding, bouncing, and rocking him, only for him to wake up an hour or two later. This exhausting cycle continued for 11 months, until I reached a breaking point and knew something had to change. 

I received endless advice from different sources, but nothing truly resonated with me. The combination of sleep deprivation and the pressure to get his sleep on track left me feeling overwhelmed and struggling to find a solution that aligned with my instincts.

Since I can remember, I’ve had two deep passions: helping others and science. These interests led me toward a career in medicine, working away at becoming a physician. But when my own family grew, with three little ones arriving within four years, I witnessed firsthand how many parents struggle quietly with their babies’ sleep. 

As I connected with more parents in my circle, I realized how isolating these challenges can feel, and how debilitating sleep deprivation can be, and its effects on the whole family. Today, I make it my mission in life to help as many parents as I canBy blending my love for science—with a focus on ongoing research and data—and my passion for making a positive impact, I strive to empower families with the knowledge and confidence to approach sleep in a way that feels right for them.

My mission is to support parents in building the understanding and confidence they need to create healthy sleep habits for their little ones. Through personalized coaching and in-depth education, I help turn bedtime challenges into opportunities for connection and growth, ensuring that all families can experience the peaceful, restorative sleep they deserve.

My Approach

You won’t find any outdated, one-size-fits-all, or generic sleep training programs here. With my knowledge in infant development, sleep biology, feeding, and attachment, I decided to use a different kind of approach than most still rely on.

Instead, I teach you how to guide your baby through their sleep journey by making thoughtful, parent-led adjustments. I’ll help you understand baby’s emotional development and expression, so you can feel secure in supporting your baby through tough moments without leaving them alone with their emotions.

By the end of my coaching, you’ll be equipped with valuable insights and a deeper understanding of your baby as a whole— from their unique temperament and sensory needs to their sleep patterns and nutritional requirements. I’ll also show you practical steps like when it’s time to get out of the swaddle, drop a nap, or support big changes like moving to their own bed or room. But more importantly, once you truly understand your child’s needs, the sleep challenges will feel much more manageable, and you’ll be confident, connected, and ready to embrace the journey with ease.
